During my recent stay, the blend of traditional and modern elements at the hotel was quite striking. The seamless availability of free WiFi throughout the property made it convenient for me to stay connected. The staff, proficient in Arabic, English, French, and Hindi, provided a comforting sense of familiarity. Room service was prompt and efficient, catering to all my needs. The presence of an ATM and currency exchange added to the convenience.However, there seemed to be a slight issue with resources, as the staff appeared slightly overwhelmed and unable to meet all guest requirements promptly. Despite this, the location was ideal, the rooms were spacious, and the staff members were exceptionally courteous and attentive. Their cooperative nature truly elevated the overall experience. It was easy for external service providers to locate the hotel for deliveries, which was a bonus.
